I rode upright on the Coyote Creek trail for about 90 minutes and got up to pedal most of the way. I had gotten over that and it was nice to know that I still have the stamina for it. On the way back I passed Andy’s orchard which is beginning to bloom. That’s a nice little oasis. There are developments around it that are a bit too urban sprawl for my taste so I hope the owners stay there.

Heart rate is a bit high in the first half for cruising alone as getting up is more work. In the second half I did intervals so a higher heart rate is expected.
