
I drove straight up to Coyote Valley Open Space and then hiked the Arrowhead trail which is about 4 miles with some decent climbing. The whole practice was a little over two hours on a beautiful spring day. Surprisingly, I set a PR on the 57-minute walking loop, the first time I broke an hour. I think I’m getting in better shape.
